75-Hour Broker Pre-License

Illinois License Law requires that an individual complete 75-Hours of Educational Training in order to take the State Broker’s Licensing Examination. These 75-Hours consist of a 60-Hour Topics Course and 15-Hour Interactive Training Course.


Our courses are offered in a Classroom setting, Online via Livestream Interactive (Zoom) or Online Distance Learning, where you can learn from anywhere at your pace with an internet connection. You can enroll in any of our courses by clicking the link above. Each of our courses include the course material, exercises, and practice quizzes.

45-Hour Broker Post License

You Need To Take This If:

Your first Broker’s license was issued by IDFPR on or between the dates of 8/9/19 and 11/1/19 with an expiration date of 9/30/20 [Extended from 4/30/20].


DO NOT take the 30-Hour Post-License course! This will not count towards your 45 Hours.


You Need To Take This If:

Your first broker’s license was issued by IDFPR on or between the dates of 11/2/19 and 4/30/20, with an expiration date of 4/30/22. You may complete your 45-Hours Post-License course ASAP as it will count towards your 4/30/22 renewal.

45-Hour Managing Broker License

You've made the decision to advance your real estate career and get your Managing Broker license.


Real Estate Managing Broker License Requirements

To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker license you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old

  • Have an active valid Illinois Real Estate Broker license

  • Have had an active Real Estate license for two of the past three years

  • Successfully complete the required 45 hours of coursework and pass the state licensing exam
