75-Hour Broker Pre-License

Illinois Law requires that an individual complete 75-Hours of Educational Training in order to take the State Broker’s Licensing Examination. These 75-Hours consist of a 60-Hour Topics Course and a 15-Hour Interactive Training Course. Both of these courses can be taken in a classroom or online via Livestream interactive, you can enroll in these courses by clicking the link above. Each of our courses include the course material, exercises, and practice quizzes.

45-Hour Broker Post License

You Need To Take This If:

If your first broker’s license was issued by IDFPR on or between the dates of 8/9/19 and 11/1/19, with an expiration date of 9/30/20 [Extended from 4/30/20]. DO NOT take the 30-Hour Post-License course! This will not count towards your 45 Hours.

You Need To Take This If:

If your first broker’s license was issued by IDFPR on or between the dates of 11/2/19 and 4/30/20, with an expiration date of 4/30/22. You may complete your 45-Hours Post-License course ASAP as it will count towards your 4/30/22 renewal.

45-Hour Managing Broker License

After holding an active Broker license (or out-of-state equivalent) for at least two years, you can complete additional education and upgrade to the Managing Broker license.

Becoming a Real Estate Managing Broker allows you to work independently (self-sponsored) or for another Managing Broker. Managing Brokers who are self-sponsored may manage and sponsor other licensees.
