POST LICENSE APPLIED BROKER PRINCIPLES

Service Description

This course is designed to meet 15 of the 45-hour post-licensing curriculum requirement for real estate brokers as set forth by the State of Illinois. Required during the initial license period to renew the Illinois Real Estate Broker License, this 15-Hour course applies licensees’ knowledge of agency, disclosure, client and customer relationships, closings, contracts, conveyances, financing, license law, marketing limitations, and real estate property principles, through the use of case and situational studies, and/or role play.

You may transfer your course credit to another student if it is done in writing within 14 days prior to the start date.
