MANAGING BROKER PRE-LICENSES APPLIED MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION-INTERACTIVE (15 Hours – Part 2) This Pre-Licensing course for the state of Illinois focuses on buyer’s brokerage, agency relationships such as dual agency, and handling failed and successful real estate transactions. The course will then cover many different ways to handle escrow, title insurance, and ethics-related issues between licensees, other licensees, and clients. Later, you will learn about working with distressed property situations such as short sales and foreclosures while assisting clients through some stressful times as well. The employment agreements between the sponsoring broker, other brokers, assistants, and team members will be detailed as well.
