The course will then cover many different ways to handle escrow, title insurance, and ethics-related issues between licensees, other licensees, and clients. Later, you will learn about working with distressed property situations such as short sales and foreclosures while assisting clients through some stressful times as well. The employment agreements between the sponsoring broker, other brokers, assistants, and team members will be detailed as well. Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker Pre-License Topics The Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker Pre-License Topics course includes the following core topics: Licensing and Operations, Managing Licensees; and Risk Management, Laws, and Issues. Specifically, this course provides 30 hours of instruction on the following critical topics: Licensing, operations, special accounts (escrow), recruiting, brokerage support, transaction supervision, marketing/advertising, dispute resolution, company policies, disclosure issues, and industry issues.
