POST LICENSE TRANSACTIONAL ISSUES

Service Description

This course is designed to meet 15 of the 45-hour post-licensing curriculum requirement for real estate brokers as set forth by the State of Illinois. The three required courses address core topics that are essential to the development of a new licensed real estate broker, including risk management, ethics, advertising, and professional development. The course, which features video advice from experts, requires students to apply their knowledge using a variety of instructional techniques, including ethical activities, case studies, scenario-based questions, quizzes, and a practicum exercise.
