POST LICENSE RISK MANAGEMENT/DISCIPLINE

Service Description

This course is designed to meet 15 of the 45-hour post-licensing curriculum requirement for real estate brokers as set forth by the State of Illinois. Risk Management/Discipline 15-hour Course (includes Sexual Harassment Prevention Training) is designed to inform and assist new licensees in understanding the principles involved in the practice of real estate brokerage and the risk associated with such practice. Topics include fair housing, antitrust, escrow issues, insurance issues, sponsoring broker policy and procedures, disclosures, RESPA, TILA, TRID, sexual harassment prevention, safety and the disciplinary process with IDFPR. This course includes mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
